What is your returns and exchange policy?Updated 3 months ago

Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt of goods. Please note that as of January 15, 2026 the following policy updates apply for new orders:

Fees and Shipping:

  • Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

  • Return Shipping (Retail / B2C): Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A flat fee of $10.00 will be deducted from your final refund to cover the return freight.

  • Return Shipping (Wholesale / B2B): B2B customers are responsible for the full actual cost of return postage.

Return Requirements:Items being returned must be unused, in their original packaging, and in sellable form. Refunds or credits are limited to the value of the item and any taxes charged (minus the applicable fees). We do not credit original shipping charges.

How to return:The following information must be included in your return:

•     Order Number:

•     Product Name(s) and Product Number(s):

•     Reason for Return: (Size, Color, Buyers Remorse, etc)

Returned items can be shipped back to us via US Mail or any private, traceable parcel carrier. Refunds or credits are limited to the value of the item and any taxes charged.  We do not credit shipping for buyer remorse. Duralex USA, Inc. / Creative Tops Inc. is not responsible for returned items until they are received by us. As such, customers should track their returned items for reference.
