Some products are subject to warranty coverage outside of our typical return window. Please note that Duralex USA provides direct support only for purchases made on duralexusa.com. If you purchased through a retailer (Amazon, Target, etc.), please contact them directly.

If you experience any concerns with your Duralex products purchased on our website, please send us an email at [email protected] and include the following details:

• Order Number
• Number of items requiring attention
• Photos clearly showing the irregularities in the item(s)


Damage Policy:

Whole Set Damaged: Choice of full refund, store credit, or replacement. 

Partial Set Damaged: We offer store credit or a replacement. 

Refunds are not available for partial set damages.

Note: Damaged glass items do not need to be returned. Please dispose of them safely after your claim is processed.
